Exigen Group Expands New York Office

San Francisco, Calif. — Exigen Group, a provider of business process optimization services and technology that maximizes financial returns for its clients, announced the ten-fold expansion of its East Coast headquarters in New York City within Rockefeller Plaza. The expanded office provides Exigen Group clients, particularly in the Financial Services and Entertainment industries, better on-site support and industry expertise. Exigen Group announced the expansion of this marquee location at the 2005 Securities Industry Association (SIA) Technology Management Conference in New York City, where it will be exhibiting at booth #1428, June 21-23.

The New York office will also support the headquarters for Royalty Services L.P., a joint venture between Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Exigen Group. Formed in October 2004, Royalty Services offers royalty transaction processing capabilities to the media industry lowering their processing costs. Exigen Group provides software and ongoing operational services based upon its Business Process Utility™ model.
